Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Athens Airport and Transfer at Hotel in Athens.  Leisure evening and Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Breakfast at Hotel.
Full day guided tour to Delphi with Lunch is programed. Return at the hotel. Leisure evening and Overnight.
Day 3: Early morning breakfast at the hotel.
A walking tour arround Acropolis and the New museum with professional guide.  Shopping time and optional lunch time will be available.
Transfer from hotel at the port of Pireaus and take the boat to Paros Island. Around 21:45 arrive and transfer directly at the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Breakfast at the hotel.  Shortly after breakfast a welcome meeting will be offeredand detailed information of the suggested (optional & suggessted ) activities inside and outside the hotel is given. Today we’ll take you around some of the most traditional settlements of Paros.  You will visit Marpissa, Prodromos, Lefkes and Kostos Villages.  From Prodromos Village for the ones that like walking, can walk all the way the Byzantine road and reach Lefkes Village on foot.  Rest group will meet them there.  After a short refresment break in Kostos Village, we’ll take you (on the way back) to meet and walk with Aleka, in order to show us the use and the curable quality of various natural herbs.  After her introduction with the old recipies she is using and the creation od a couple of honey-based creams we’ll go back to hotel for rest.
Around 17:00 we’ll meet the local “Chef” at our hotel premises and start with your first Cooking leasson.  It’s almost 3 hours duration and afterwoods dinner will follows.
Day 5: Breakfast at Hotel.
Kapari Harvest and open air cooking lesson in a local farm in Marathi area will take place today.  The farmer will show us how the Kapari should be gathering and how should be preserved.  A light lunch with traditional Parian recipies based on their own products will be prepared.
Afternoon we’ll go back at the hotel for resting.   At 17:00 your second cooking lesson  will start.
Dinner and leisure evening.
Day 6: Breakfast at Hotel.    Leirure Day
At 17:00 the third cooking lesson will take place. Dinner and leisure evening.
Day 7: Breakfast at Hotel.
Early morning departure from hotel in order to take the boat trip to Delos-Mykonos.  From Naoussa port at 09:30.  First stop will be Delos Island.  The well known open air museum at which there will be a three hour stay.   Second stop of the day cruise will be Mykonos.  3,5 hours are given to explore the town.  Time for shopping and optional lunch is given.
Around 18:30 we reach Paros.  Free time to scroll around the Naoussa street is given.  Meet and transferred at our hotel for our last overnight in Paros.
Day 8: Breakfast at Hotel.
Early morning departure transfer towards Parikia port, with a short stop in Naoussa to Visit the winery of Moraitis.  In Parikia time to visit Ekatontapiliani Church, the museum and the old market street.  Meet at the windmill in front of the port to get the boat to Naxos.
Arround 13:00 arrival in Naxos.  Meet with our escort and visit a bit around Chora before transfered at hotel.  Optional lunch time is given. Transfered at the hotel and accommodated in the rooms.  A welcome drink at the reception will be offered later in the afternoon (before dinner) in order to get an idea of all the suggested activities that we have planed for you in order to know real Naxos life & nature. Leisure evening and overnight at the hotel.
Day 9: Breakfast at Hotel.
A day with a shepherd in the mountain of Northern Naxos.  A wonderful drive up to Koronos, among the high mountains with astonishing view. We’ll meet the shepherd at the “Mitato” and he will show us the activities of everyday life around the animals.  He will show us how the milk is gathering, how cheece is making and then we’ll enjoy the lunch which shepherd will have prepared for us, based on local and hand made products.
Afterwards we’ll continue our drive up to Apeiranthos Village, which is well known as the “Marmarino Horio” (village of marble). Time to walk around the paved streets is given.  You will see impressive towers in a village with unique mediavale characteristics and customs. We’ll return back to hotel for resting before the afternoon Cooking Lesson.  Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
Day 10: Breakfast at hotel.
Our activities begin after the breakfast, with a walk in the gardens and the fields near the hotel.  After 1-2 hours of outdoor works, we get back to the kitchen to cook with ingrediens that were gathered.  Taste herbal tea, preparing home made marmelades or domestic sweets based on traditional recipes.
Break and free time is given before the afternoon Cooking lesson.  Dinner follows and overnight at the hotel.
Day 11: Breakfast at Hotel.
Our Day will start with exploring the villages inside the heart of Naxos.  A nice and quite interest tour that offeres a glimpse of traditional villages, local customs, friendly people and wonderful sceneries. Komiaki , Koronos, Moni, Tragea and Filoti are some of the villages we’ll explore.
Return at hotel where time to rest is given.  Arround 17:00 the fourth and last cooking lesson will start. After dinner you will enjoy our last night in Naxos with traditional Greek music and dancing.
Day 12: Early morning Breakfast at hotel.
Shortly after breakfast we’ll depart for port in order to take the boat back to Athens.  Upon arrival a bus transfer will take you directly at the Athens airport, for getting your connected flight back home.

Itinerary

Day 1: Meeting point the Piraeus port.  16:45 Departure to Paros Island. Around 20:00 arrival at Paros and transfer at hotel.  After settled at rooms a welcome drink prior to dinner, will be offered and detailed information of the suggested (optional & included) activities inside and outside the hotel is given.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 2:  Breakfast at Hotel.
Shortly after breakfast a private tour with escort will take you to explore some of the most traditional settlement of Paros Island. You will visit Marpissa, Prodromos Village from where you can walk all the way the Byzantine road and reach Lefkes Village on foot. After a short refreshment break in Kostos Village we’ll take you (on the way back)to meet and walk with Aleka, a lady who will show you the use and curable quality of various nature herbs. At 17:00 We’ll meet the local “Chef” and get your first Cooking lesson. Between 17:00-20:00 the course will be completed and then a dinner will follows.

Day 3: Breakfast at Hotel.
Early Morning departure from hotel towards Naoussa. Walk around the paved streets and visit the winery of Moraitis. Shopping time is offered. Picked up and continues through the mountain to a local farm, where they will show us how the Kapari is gathering and preserved.  After a light lunch will be prepared based on traditional Parian recipes and on local fresh products.
Late afternoon we return back to hotel for resting. At 17:00 your second Cooking lesson will take place and dinner will follows.

Day 4: Early morning Breakfast.

Day 6:  Breakfast at hotel.
Shortly after breakfast transfer to Chora-port.  Leisure morning in Naxos town. Take the boat to Santorini. At 15:00 arrive and transfer to the hotel. Leisure evening and overnight at hotel.
Day 7: Breakfast at hotel.
The day starts with a visit to a volcanic vineyard. Stroll past the unique basket vines and learn about the local viticulture that makes Santorini’s vine-growing respected worldwide for its distinctive means of production. During the tour, visit 2 traditional wineries and taste the island’s delicious wines including Assyrtiko, Nykteri and Vinsanto. You will also sample traditional Greek aperitifs such as Raki and Ouzo, and learn how to cook like a Greek under the guidance of a local chef at a traditional restaurant. Enjoy plenty of Greek appetizers along the way, and come away with some classic Greek recipes to impress your friends back home with. Of course, you’ll also get to enjoy the fruits of your labor at the end of your cooking lesson! Return to hotel for our last overnight in Santorini.
Day 8: Early morning Breakfast at hotel.
Shortly after breakfast transfer to port of Athinio. Take the high speed boat to Piraeus. At 15:00 arrive in Piraeus and transfer to the Athens airport.
